A returning customer contacted Those Floor Guys to coat a Youngsville warehouse floor.  Commercial epoxy floors are great because companies really put our flooring systems to the test.  This client actually put one of our previous floors to the test by doing donuts in a vehicle.  The floor held up great and this customer has now purchased four floors from us.

This warehouse floor in Youngsville, NC is for an online retailer.  We have had the pleasure of completing two commercial floors and two garages for this client.

A quick test let us know that the concrete was roughly 4,000 psi.  This is relatively typical however, the job did not go perfectly smooth.  Our grinder sprung an oil leak.  We secured a rental unit locally and quickly returned to work.

Anyone who has worked in construction knows that equipment breaks.  It is how a company responds to issues that allow jobs to be completed on schedule, despite hiccups.

The job was able to be completed in the original five-day window and the customer has been happy with the warehouse floor.  The customer did warn us that they were going to do donuts on this floor, as well.  Don’t forget to get it on video!
