It is a month later and we finally had the chance to complete the sister’s floor of our last Wake Forest garage floor.  Located in a neighborhood off of Forestville Rd, this garage was of a higher PSI than normal, at around 4,000 PSI.  That’s not a bad thing.  The floor can stand up to a bit more abuse than the typical garage.

The job went well and the floor came out great.  The homeowner actually selected the same color flake as her sister, except she chose to paint her block stem wall gray as opposed to her sister who had her stem wall painted black.

In July of 2020, we had the opportunity to complete a garage floor in north Raleigh near Norwood Road.  The home was older and in a well-established neighborhood.  The homeowner had painted the floor ten years prior but was ready for a more decorative look.  

Overall, the garage slab was still in good shape.  We just needed to grind the old paint off of the surface and profile the concrete.  

At one point the homeowner gave me a peek into the backyard.  It was beautiful.  He called it his tropical paradise.  There were an agave plant and palm trees planted around his pool.  I had never seen tropical plants in North Carolina before.

His garage came out great and he was thrilled.  Now his vehicles have a little paradise of their own.

In July of 2020, we had the opportunity to complete a garage floor in Wake Forest, near Burlington Mills Road.  The house was built a year prior and the homeowner had been there for only a few months.  The garage was in great shape.  There were a few small cracks that are normal for even new concrete.

While speaking with the homeowner, she told me that my appointment for tomorrow was with her sister.  They were both getting their floors done.

The job went well with no snags.  She loves her floor and her sister’s floor is scheduled for a few weeks from now.  We hope she gets plenty of use from her floor and we greatly appreciate her leaving a Google review.
